My stay at Marion Holiday Park was quite the experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The park's amenities, such as the large caravan site, water park, and cinema area, were fantastic and well maintained. However, some aspects, like noisy neighbors during late-night hours and the occasional overlooked cleanliness issues, could use attention.

I stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit, which was perfect for my needs. It included a full kitchen and laundry, making my stay comfortable. However, I found the bed to be quite hard, which affected my sleep quality.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly supportive, especially during a stressful time for my family. Their kindness and flexibility regarding our stay were heartwarming. but there were moments when the staff appeared overwhelmed, especially during busy check-in times.
Location
10.0
The park's location is great, just 20 minutes from the center of Adelaide and close to shopping options like Marion Westfield. The well-maintained gardens and tranquil setting felt like a getaway, despite being near the city.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were quite good, especially the coffee and breakfast offerings. I enjoyed the eggs and bacon roll. though I found the pizza could use a little improvement in cooking time. Plus, I thought the 'no outside food' policy at the outdoor cinema was a bit unreasonable.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were impressive with clean facilities, a well-maintained games room, and fun areas for kids. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues outside and found the Wi-Fi to be frustratingly slow at times.

I had such a great time at Marion Holiday Park! The location is perfect, close to both the city and the beach. The facilities are clean and family-friendly, with awesome features like the pools and cinema. However, there were a couple of hiccups, like some issues with the WiFi and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times.

Rooms

I stayed in a spacious unit overlooking the indoor and outdoor pools. It had two bathrooms and a kitchen area, though I noticed there could've been a few more towel hangers and hanging space in the second bedroom.
Service
7.0
Most staff were friendly, but I did notice that some seemed stressed and overworked, which made the service seem a bit inconsistent at times.
Location

The park's location is amazing! It's in a busy area but feels set apart, with easy access to public transport. Plus, it's right near good local dining options.
Dining

The food was delicious, especially the sausage rolls from the local bakery and the pizza deal after 7 PM. I wish they had more drink options at the bar, but overall the dining experience was solid.
Facilities

The facilities are really great! I enjoyed the clean pools, the outdoor cinema, and the arcade area. However, I found the gaming options a bit pricey and not all games worked properly.

I recently stayed at Marion Holiday Park and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of amenities like a heated pool and a jumping pillow, made it enjoyable. though I did encounter some issues. The staff were generally nice, but I felt a bit overwhelmed by the busy environment and the maintenance of the grounds could improve in some areas.

Rooms

I stayed in a cabin that was clean and well-situated, but honestly, the bed was rock-hard and the fly screen wasn't very effective against mosquitoes. I also wished some aspects were more updated.
Service
7.0
The service at the restaurant was impressive; my coffee was great and the egg and bacon roll was just right. yet the overall support from staff seemed a bit rushed, lacking the warm greetings I hoped for.
Location
8.0
The park is set amidst lovely gardens and is conveniently close to the shopping center, making it easy to stock up on supplies.
Dining
7.0
The new café and the dining options were decent, but I found the restrictions on bringing food to the outdoor cinema a bit unreasonable.
Facilities
7.0
The range of facilities was quite impressive, including a pool and games room, although some of the arcade games didn't work rightly.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Marion Holiday Park, especially in the Lagoon unit. the location was fantastic, and the unit was clean and spacious, ideal for families. However, there were some minor issues like an extra towel rack being needed. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I'd recommend it for others looking for a cozy getaway.
